Soil stabilization
Before construction can start, the foundation has to be sound.
Our products for soil stabilisation will help you reach your goals.

Underpinning and mini-piles
Settling of existing structures due to poor fill materials
and inadequate soil compacting can be stopped with high strength polyurethanes and cements. De Neef
chemists have engineered several unique materials and application systems for permanent soil solidification
and stabilisation.

Diaphragm and Cut-off walls
Soil stabilisation stops contaminated water leaching from a polluted landfill or entering
into an excavation. Even extreme water flow, through granular strata, can be controlled
with proper method and material selection. Safely solve geotechnical problems with De
Neef acrylates and polyurethanes even in combination with micro-fine cements.
Large voids or cavities can be filled and stabilised with organomineral resins, resulting
in a monolithic structure.
Tie-back anchors
Conventional cement tie-back grouting presents many difficulties in high
groundwater conditions. Problems like grout washout and low tensile strength are nonexisten
with De Neef Hydro Active Grouts. Accelerated polyurethanes can develop design
strength in minutes, with little washout, due to their foaming reaction.
